Himalaya to Indochine

From Angkor Wat to Shwedegon Pagoda, Asia
is mesmerizing...I never get tired of seeing the
beautiful Buddhas and monumental temples that
a thousand years of devotion have built.
The people are warm and generous with smiles...
and laughter is plentiful in recovering Vietnam.
These rice girls were so excited to see a bus load
of American tourists...they rushed out of the rice
paddy to come over to embrace us!!!

Sunni, what a beautiful lady you are! Love you site girl!! Thanks for posting on mine. I do love my Kaeden. He so much fun at age 2 1/2. I have not been on the computer much this week as I've been fighting a respiratory infection plus other "stuff", divorce should be final soon. But hopefully I'll be able to keep up more once I can get my paperwork caught up! Hugs :)

Wow, Sunni... Great pix from an interesting area of the world.

It looks like you've had some pretty amazing travels the last couple of years.

Wanna know something funny about your profile pic? (And it's probably just these tired old eyes... lol).

The whole time I'd seen it, I thought you had very long, very dark hair in the pic. I just clicked it for the full size view... and saw that what I thought was long hair, was your backpack straps! LOL

Ciao,
Dale

Sunni,

I would love to hear your advice on places to visit, favorites, etc. in Burma. You can email me at lori@lorimcafee.com if you feel like sharing.

Thanks!
